Shipping policy
At Le Village, we strive to deliver your slow-living essentials with care. Most of our products are made to order (print-on-demand), so please allow time for production and shipping.
Production & Shipping Times
- Production Time: 2–7 business days (varies by item and supplier).

Shipping Time (after production):
- Within Canada: 5–12 business days (faster via local or US warehouses when available).
- United States: 4–10 business days.
- International: 10–20+ business days (depending on destination and customs).
Total estimated delivery time from the date your order is placed: 7–18 business days for most Canadian and US orders.
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to high order volumes, holidays, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).
We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- Weight and size of the items
- Chosen shipping method
We offer several shipping options (standard, priority, and express where available) through our fulfillment partners (Printify and CJdropshipping).
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $80 CAD within Canada (subject to change). Additional promotions may be available from time to time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at villageavenueco@gmail.com. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Delayed or Lost Orders
- If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- For lost packages (confirmed by the carrier), we will work with you to issue a replacement or refund.
