1. Our Products & Made-to-Order Nature

Le Village offers print-on-demand apparel, home decor, drinkware, pet accessories, and lifestyle products. Most items are custom-made to order after you place your purchase. Because of this:

  • Production and shipping times are typically 7–14 business days (plus delivery time).
  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or size may occur due to the nature of printing and manufacturing.
  • All products are made with care, but exact matches to mockup images cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend ordering a sample if you need to verify fit, color, or quality before placing larger orders.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.
  • We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods provided at checkout.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by location and shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen events.
  • Tracking numbers are provided when available. Please allow reasonable time for delivery before contacting us.

4. Returns & Refunds
